As one of our first hires, you’ll shape how advice works for today - personal, accessible, and built around real lives.

Your background

  • Level 4 qualified (minimum) with a strong track record of advising clients.

  • Deep knowledge of UK financial planning frameworks and FCA standards.

  • Passion for giving great advice and making it accessible to more people.

  • Tech-friendly and excited about hybrid models (human + AI support).

  • Collaborative, client-first, and motivated by impact over ego.

Your impact

  • Deliver personal, compliant, and milestone-based financial advice to Clove clients.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with ambitious professionals.

  • Use Clove’s tools to work efficiently, leaving more time for clients.

  • Contribute feedback to improve our planning frameworks and technology.

  • Help shape the culture and standards of advice at Clove from day one.

You’ll be part of Clove’s first cohort of advisers - shaping how advice is delivered, not just following a playbook. You’ll work with a small, senior team that’s rethinking how financial planning should work, supported by tools that give you superpowers.
