About Daye

At Daye, were on a mission to bridge the gender health gap and become the go-to platform for menstrual, vaginal, and hormonal health.

We began by reinventing period care-developing the worlds only medical-grade tampon. Daye is the only company that sterilizes tampons for safety, and we manufacture them according to medical device standards to ensure the highest possible quality. Our products are trusted by over 100,000 women and AFAB individuals across the UK and beyond.

Since then, we've expanded into diagnostic services with two unique at-home tools:

  • Diagnostic Tampon for Vaginal Screening. A first-of-its-kind tampon that analyses the vaginal microbiome, screening for infections, STIs, and fertility-relevant markers. Together, our services help users connect the dots between their menstrual, vaginal, and hormonal health-empowering them with clarity, confidence, and control.
  • The Period and Pelvic Pain Clinic, a first-of-its-kind digital health tool that helps users investigate the root causes of their period pain. Designed in collaboration with chronic pain experts, the clinic guides users through symptom tracking, diagnostic pathways, and personalised treatment recommendations. It supports earlier identification of conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, and more while offering science-backed guidance and access to specialist clinicians.
  • Hormonal Testing from Home. Our newest service, a simple, accessible testing service that gives users a detailed breakdown of their hormonal profile, with follow-up consultations to support their next steps.

Together, these services help people connect the dots between complex biological systems and take control of their health with clarity and confidence. Were now hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and support this next stage of our clinical care offering.

About the opportunity

As a Nurse Practitioner at Daye, you'll be central to the patient experience providing education, clarity, and care to people navigating their hormonal and vaginal health. You'll guide patients through the results of their hormonal tests, help them understand how these interact with vaginal microbiome results, and contribute to a more connected and compassionate model of women's healthcare.

You'll also have the opportunity to shape our growing digital platform by collaborating with product and operations teams to refine clinical tools and patient pathways.

This is a remote, freelance position open to UK-based nurse practitioners.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting virtual consultations to interpret hormonal test results and answer patient questions.

  • Helping patients understand the interplay between their menstrual cycles, hormone levels, and vaginal health using insights from our diagnostic tampon and hormone testing services.
  • Delivering educational content that supports our community in making informed, evidence-based decisions about their health.

  • Maintaining accurate patient records using Dayes Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Providing feedback to our clinical, product, and operations teams to improve patient experience and clinical pathways.

What were looking for

  • Registered Nurse Practitioner in the UK with 3-4+ years of clinical experience, ideally in womens health, gynaecology, or endocrinology

  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying scientific research in clinical settings

  • Demonstrated expertise in hormonal health, including understanding hormonal imbalances, symptoms, and evidence-based treatment options

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based care and ability to translate complex science into accessible insights for patients

  • Experience or interest in integrative and functional medicine is a plus

  • Exceptional communication and consultation skills empathetic, clear, and empowering

  • High attention to detail and clinical accuracy

  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment

This position is for you if you are:

  • Passionate about improving access to women's health care and health literacy

  • Naturally curious and excited by clinical innovation and digital health

  • A confident decision-maker who balances science with empathy

  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

  • Energised by collaboration across teams and disciplines
