Turn signed commercial partnerships into delivered outcomes and long-term trust

Dunia is building AI for one of the hardest unsolved problems in science: turning materials discovery from an academic, trial-and-error process into a programmable, scalable discipline.

At Dunia, signing a deal is the beginning, not the finish line. Our commercial partners come to us with complex, high-stakes problems at the intersection of AI, chemistry, and automation. Delivery is where trust is earned or lost.

As Partnership Manager, you own that moment.

You take over once a commercial partnership is signed and are accountable for ensuring intent becomes results: the right work gets done, by the right teams, at the right time, with no surprises. When delivery is excellent, partnerships deepen.

This is not a sales role'; it's an ownership role.


Your tasks will include:

Own commercial partner success end-to-end
  • Become the trusted counterpart for a portfolio of strategic commercial partners
  • Understand what success truly looks like for them, beyond the contract language
  • Be an advocate for the commercial partner internally, and an advocate for Dunia externally, with equal clarity
Drive delivery through influence, not authority
  • Translate partner goals into clear scopes, milestones, and priorities
  • Coordinate execution across AI, chemistry, automation, and lab teams
  • Resolve ambiguity, manage tradeoffs, and keep momentum
Protect trust
  • Communicate clearly and early when risks or changes arise
  • Keep expectations aligned with reality at all times
  • Build credibility by doing what you say you will do
Grow what works
  • Spot opportunities where delivered value can turn into deeper collaboration
  • Work with Business Development to shape follow-on engagements
  • Help turn successful projects into long-term strategic partnerships

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, consulting, customer success, or account management in complex technical environments
  • Proven track record of owning delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical literacy in deep tech, science, or engineering domains
  • Calm under pressure, with a high sense of ownership and accountability
  • Clear communicator who builds trust through precision and honesty
  • English fluency, additional languages preferred
