What You'll DoThe Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing our distribution partner acquisition strategy. The Flagstone banking franchise and the technology its platform is built on is a market leading proposition, which allows Flagstone to differentiate itself from the competition. Due to this and the high interest rate environment there is a significant level of opportunity to create relationships with firms of all sizes. This is a pivotal role within the team, which supports the relationship strategy and drives the execution of acquiring new distribution partners, to retain and expand this market leading position. The role would entail approaching the largest institutions in the UK as well as running the full sales cycle for smaller firms. All in turn, this role will support the scale-up of our business, and Flagstone's commitment to our customers' experience being at the heart of what we do.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing our distribution partner acquisition strategy
  • Sourcing new partners and managing them through the onboarding journey
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders of target firms
  • Introducing new Distribution Partners onto the Flagstone platform
  • Building exclusive partnerships with new Distribution partners
  • Conducting risk and governance processes on new Distribution partners
  • Supporting in contract negotiation with large institutions
What You'll Need
  • 1-3+ years' experience within a Financial Services environment
  • 2-4+ years' experience in sales roles
  • Experience of managing relationships with senior level stakeholders
  • Experience of developing and implementing growth strategies to drive new business opportunities
  • Experience of delivering strategic projects which drive growth
  • Experience working with financial advisers
  • Relevant Finance or Economics qualification or equivalent work experience
