Does this sound like you?

A passionate Salesforce professional with a wealth of experience in defining and executing a strategic vision for Salesforce, whilst being accountable for the day-to-day management of the platform. Your communication skills are second to none and you thrive on working with senior stakeholders and leading a team of Sales force Administrators to deliver best-in-class solutions, directly contributing to growth by building a scalable CRM engine.

What you’ll do:

As a Salesforce Platform Lead you will be reporting to the Head of Digital & CRM and will be delivering real value to us by developing and delivering a scalable CRM strategy for the platform. You will be managing a team of Salesforce Admins and will be responsible for the full Salesforce ecosystem, which is the foundation of the business across all operational areas, from Sales to Onboarding to Client Services.

  • Define and implement the Salesforce strategy to maximise growth
  • Management of an effective Salesforce platform (which consists of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Account Engagement (Pardot and a number of third-party apps)
  • Design and implement effective CRM automations and controls in line with Flagstone’s DevOps strategy
  • Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving needs of the business
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to drive automation and efficiency across all internal processes and marketing communications
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce and associated marketing tools, ensuring that the business gets maximum value from the tool including cross-training Squads and teams as appropriate
  • Be an advocate for Salesforce and drive usage across the business
  • Create an environment of high performance within the Salesforce team
  • Ensure Squads are informed on CRM opportunities and are prioritising work which will deliver maximum value
  • Responsible for ensuring the CRM standards are delivered, including amongst direct reports when they are attending Squad sessions on behalf of the CRM team
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce and associated marketing tools, ensuring that the business gets maximum value from the tool including cross-training Squads and teams as appropriate
  • Be responsible for training workforce in relation to CRM implementations


What you’ll bring:

  • An excitement to work in a scaleup environment, with a pro-active attitude to learning in a new and upcoming space
  • Line management experience of a high performing team vast experience in a Salesforce role, with demonstrable experience supporting and maintaining Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator Credential, with Advanced Administrator credential preferred but not essential
  • Either Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant credential(s), preferred but not essential
  • The ability to work with senior stakeholders including heads of tribes and c suite
  • Experience in Pardot / Account Engagement preferred but not essential
