You're a dynamic and strategic thinking Business Development Manager, ideally with 3+ years experience, who's excited to forge a new way to save.

What you’ll do:

As a Business Development Manager in our Sales team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities to support the business by managing relationships with our partners, driving new business opportunities, and providing support to advisors and clients that are interested in the Flagstone platform. You will be responsible for the Sales development of your own pipeline, nurturing relationships and building trusted partnerships with clients and advisors. Your activity will contribute directly to the company’s growth so we encourage your thoughts on what we can do better and how we can continually drive the client experience forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a successful first point of contact communication for prospective Flagstone customers and advisor enquiries which drives lead generation
  • Participating in key business development processes including lead generation, lead follow up and conversions
  • Delivering effective inbound and outbound operations, cross-selling and up-selling campaigns to enhance revenues
  • Creating and delivering compelling client demonstrations (including presentations, sales pitches, webinars, and proposals) and completing key follow up activity
  • Working closely with our Marketing, CRM, Client Services, Banks, and Product teams
  • Developing and maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Delivering an effective and high quality sales experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in business development, account management and sales
  • A proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and ensuring best-in-class service quality
  • Knowledge and understanding of delivering high quality KPIs
  • Experience of collaborating closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, CRM, customer support and technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilient and can work in a fast-paced and agile environment, within time constraints and with multiple priorities
  • Obsessed with customer experience
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Results focused and tenacious in pursuing targets
  • Proactive and responsive – moving quickly to take advantage of opportunities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Positive mindset, solution oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Experience in a fast growing or scale up business would be an advantage but not essential
