What is Flagstone?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture:

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That’s why we’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.

But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.

Does this sound like you?

You’re a dynamic and strategic thinking Web Analyst ideally with 5+ years’ experience, who’s excited to forge a new way to save and help drive Flagstone’s digital strategy.

What you’ll do:

As a Web Analyst in our Data team, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our digital strategy across the organisation by analysing web and marketing performance data, and providing actionable insights to optimize our online presence and marketing efforts.

You will collect, analyse, and interpret data from various web analytics tools to support activities to drive awareness of the Flagstone brand, enhance user experience, increase website traffic, improve conversion, and support our business objectives. This will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform decisions and develop strategies that improve the effectiveness of our marketing and website initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy: providing insights that will help to shape our marketing strategies and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Acting as a thought leader in the definition and evolution of our digital strategy and staying ahead of industry trends to continuously improve our web analytics capabilities
  • Decision Making: providing actionable insights and detailed reports ensuring that decisions related to website enhancements, marketing strategies, and product development are based on solid data rather than intuition. Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying which campaigns are most effective and providing recommendations to improve future efforts, maximizing marketing ROI.
  • Compliance: ensuring that web analytics practices comply with data privacy laws and Flagstone policies and maintaining high standards of data integrity to help protect the company and build trust with our users.
  • Culture: acting as a role model and ambassador of Flagstone’s behaviours and culture

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Web Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Experience of Heap is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in multi touch attribution models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM analysis, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience of propensity modelling to support experimentation would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field, is preferred

How we reward you:

At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like “fruit and snacks”. Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here’s a selection of our benefits:

  • Private healthcare
  • Life insurance (four times your annual salary)

All are welcome.

At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
