A Product Operations Manager with a proven record of creating a vision and executing well crafted plans of what needs improving within well established product teams.

What you’ll do:

As a Product Operations Manager you will be responsible for creating scalable processes and driving a culture for cross-functional collaboration and driving operational efficiency. This role reports to the Director of Product and will be a key player in creating product excellence within Flagstone

• Build and scale product operations and continuously enhance the product management lifecycle
• Empower the product team with tools, data and processes needed to drive customer value and organisational success
• Work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.
• Foster a data drive culture that support continuous improvement
• Be the voice and champion of the end user – putting the user at the forefront of decision making

What you’ll bring

• An expert knowledge of agile methodologies
• Product Development Lifecycle and supporting frameworks
• Experience in building and launching products at scale, using best practices and tools
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience in coaching & mentoring product teams
• Data Analysis & Reporting expertise including experience with data visualization tools
