We exist so that anyone who wants to have a family can try. Our goal is to create 5,000 families by 2025. We are ambitious, brave and hyper focused when it comes to the means to do this.

Everyone who wants a family should have the chance to try. At Gaia, we make IVF more affordable for our Members with a better way to pay for their IVF treatment, as well as support throughout their journey. Our Members can use Gaia to pay for their treatment at any clinic in the UK which means we need every clinic to know who we are and how to support their patients to get a Gaia Plan.

Our aim is to increase awareness of Gaia and expand the network of clinics that refer us to their patients - and this is where YOU come in!

We are looking for a UK Clinic Partnerships Intern to help build relationships with clinics across the country in order to bring even more access for our Members. You will work with our Member Growth team to select, pitch, onboard and train clinics. Sales and relationship-building are at the heart of this role, as you will have the opportunity to travel to clinics across the country and forge partnerships with clinics that will provide treatment for our Members - helping build families and change lives forever!

What you will own

  1. Outreach and relationship building across all UK fertility clinics
  2. Providing clinics with the resources needed to refer patients
  3. Represent Gaia at industry events and clinic open days

Responsibilities

  • Contact all fertility clinics in the UK, identifying key stakeholders to pitch Gaia
  • Work with marketing to develop training and marketing resources for clinics
  • Arrange and lead training sessions with clinic teams, online or in-person
  • Visit clinics around the UK to strengthen existing relationships and keep Gaia front of mind
  • Attend clinic industry events and open days, representing Gaia
  • Track outreach efforts and report on success
  • Collect feedback from clinic interactions and share back with relevant teams
  • Nurture clinic relationships to hit partnerships target

You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you

  • Are driven by working with people, particularly pitching, sales and networking
  • Are highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently - this role will involve travelling
  • Are outgoing and high energy!
  • Deeply interested in the world of fertility and IVF
  • Studied science or medicine
  • Flexibility with hours: you may be required for evening or weekend shifts for events
  • Bonus: IVF or sales experience
