Gravity Sketch is the category leader in solving the challenges faced by teams that design 3D products. Our platform enables teams to create and communicate 3D ideas in the quickest and most intuitive way possible - whether they are globally distributed or in the same geography.

The platform is changing the way companies like Adidas and Ford carry out their day-to-day design work, helping to increase creativity, productivity, collaboration and compressing time to market. We take a B2C approach to B2B, nurturing a large community of highly engaged design and engineering professionals using the product to redefine their digital design workflow.

The Gravity Sketch platform is accessible across VR and web-based applications allowing users to integrate GS seamlessly into their workflow.

Overview:

We're searching for a Head of Marketing to guide our existing global team here at Gravity Sketch! If you're passionate about customer acquisition, product-led growth, and expansion strategies as well as crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with creative communities, then this role is tailor-made for you. In this role, you will have the opportunity to balance engagement and growth-oriented programmes for our community and personal users right up to global visionary brands.

We’re operating in a fast-paced environment at Gravity Sketch, where your role as Head of Marketing not only empowers you to drive impactful strategies on a global scale but also presents an opportunity to make a significant difference in shaping the future of our brand.

We need this person to be based in our Brixton, London studio 1 day per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring a creative and curious outlook, constantly experimenting with new strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

  • Posses a builder mentality and the ability to apply what you have previously learned, yet smash the playbook and build something new.

  • Identify and develop content and positioning that resonates with the community, demonstrating passion and empathy for creative customers.

  • Act as a force multiplier, balancing the creation of a repeatable playbook with the ability to innovate and try unconventional approaches.

  • Oversee both community engagement and revenue-focused ABM marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize the funnel from free user to qualified enterprise user.

  • Understand and implement SaaS business models and funnels, particularly those with self-serve engines driving B2B sales.

  • Utilise analytical, technical, and data literacy skills to build tracking, and metrics, distill insights, and tell compelling stories through data.

  • Stay updated on vendors, tools, systems, and tactics across the evolving marketing landscape.

  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action and a sense of curiosity in a fast-growing company where everyone's scope is extensive, and new initiatives are constant.

  • Embrace an owner’s mindset, navigating through ambiguity and digging into details to overcome obstacles.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS businesses, with a minimum of ten years of professional experience.

  • Over 7 years of growth experience, with a track record of growing and optimizing teams in different types of marketing motions.

  • Experience leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Community, ABM, Organic, Email, Personalization, Paid, Affiliate, etc.) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns.

  • Led a team of teams that managed a community-to-paid funnel along with ABM for enterprise accounts.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage 8-figure budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.
