We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join us on our mission to equip the world’s talent with the means to do their best work, wherever they might be.

Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal person will take ownership of implementing comprehensive email marketing and CRM strategies to engage and retain Hofy customers.

You will play a crucial role in managing Hofy’s CRM, building custom data segments aligned to each stage of the Hofy customer journey. You’ll carry ownership of lead generation through establishing lifecycle programmes and will be responsible for running retention and upsell programmes to manage and support the expansion of existing customer revenue.

What you need to succeed

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you can demonstrate the following;

  • Earned your stripes: You have 5+ years of experience in Email/CRM marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Technical excellence: Solid experience working with Email Marketing and CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to create targeted customer segments, personalised journeys, and automated workflows.
  • Data confidence: You have experience monitoring and analysing KPI’s and can provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Seen great: You’ve been part of at least one success journey, and have examples of building new lifecycle programmes that have generated positive revenue growth outcomes.
  • Campaign management: You have proven experience managing the full end-to-end email marketing process, including lifecycle planning, segmentation, content creation, testing, deployment, and analysis
  • Teamwork: You have experience building strong working relationships within other go-to-market functions (e.g. sales and product).

Bonus Experience

  • Previous experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams
  • Previous experience working in a scale-up environment
