🔢 Interview Process: 4 stages (incl. a task). Talent Screen > Hiring Manager Interview > Assessment Interview > Final interview with our Founders. Target time - 2 weeks

Lottie launched in August 2021 and today offers three core products, including:

  • Lottie’s Marketplace (B2B2C) -A free service that helps families and retirees find the UK’s best care homes and retirement living properties.
  • Found by Lottie (B2B) - CRM software mapped to the care and retirement living industries unique customer journey.
  • Seniorcare by Lottie (B2B) - Employee benefits platform, helping corporates deliver outstanding eldercare support to their employees.

Since launch, Lottie has gone on to support millions of families navigate the stressful later living system, while helping tens of thousands begin their next chapter in later life care.


The opportunity

We’re looking for a hands on Technical SEO Manager to join our Marketing Team. It’s an exciting opportunity where you will be the Technical SEO specialist, with ownership and responsibility for implementing and managing Lottie’s technical SEO strategy. You’ll have a major impact on Lottie’s website’s visibility and our performance on search engines.

You will work closely with a variety of teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure the successful execution of our technical SEO initiatives.


What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance on search engines.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvements (including indexation and crawlability audits).
  • Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices, including site architecture, URL structure, page speed optimisation, mobile optimisation, and structured data markup.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure our SEO strategies are aligned with best practices.

Who we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in implementing technical SEO optimisations yourself and working directly with developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best-practices, search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
