Your Mission
RobCo is spearheading a revolution in robotics, empowering businesses to thrive by supercharging productivity and freeing them from labor shortage. We are searching for you to build RobCo into the category-leading robotics company in Europe and the US. We've raised more than $50 million from the world's best VCs, such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other companies to fulfill our mission.

As Chief of Staff (m/f/d), you’ll be the right hand to our CEO, helping turn strategy into reality. You’ll connect the dots across teams, keep priorities aligned, and make sure RobCo runs at full speed. From driving cross-functional projects to optimizing how we work, you’ll be at the center of making things happen.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to turn big-picture goals into action.
  • Lead high-impact projects across teams, hands-on, from start to finish.
  • Break down silos and create customer-first processes that scale.
  • Build and run dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to keep us focused on results.
    Spot bottlenecks, solve problems fast, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
  • Help shape RobCo’s org structure and culture as we grow.
  • Co-Drive investor relations by preparing materials, coordinating updates, and ensuring clear communication on company performance and priorities.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years in a fast-paced scale-up, consulting, or operations role.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of making things happen.
  • Experience in process optimization and driving organizational change.
  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical chops.
  • Empathy, communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (German a plus).
  • Projects are actively tackled and successfully delivered.
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and uncertainties.
  • Able to create simple, scalable processes from scratch.
  • Complex challenges are analyzed systematically and practical solutions are implemented.
