Who you are
You have 3-7 years of B2B commercial experience working on complex high–value deals, with a stellar track record.
You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick.
You have a high EQ, which alongside your curiosity enables you to navigate complex human relationships, understand people’s drivers, communicate creatively, and close complex deals.
You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
You’re mission-driven, like to win, and want to be part of an elite team.
Desirable
You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry.
What the job involves
We're early in our GTM, and we're looking for someone to join a growing team and help develop a world-class sales motion. Details:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at cutting-edge technology companies across the healthcare industry.

Source, own, and win deals from discovery to closed won with the right customers.
Our ICP are startups or scaleups building AI in healthcare solutions they want to place on the EU/UK market. Scarlet is relevant to Regulatory, Operations leaders, and regulatory consultants
Collaborate closely with teammates to bring the relevant expertise to different parts of the sales motion and communicate Scarlet’s value proposition.
Work with the rest of the Sales function to continuously improve our processes.
Drive continuous iteration by sharing insights from customer interactions to help shape our go-to-market strategy and product offering.
